  • Implementing Partners
  • Identified needs (identified by both KPMG and by the Implementing Partners)
  • TA providers who are experts in various Capacity Building Areas

Non-Financial Support Phase 1 (NFS 1) refers to the different types of resources and support services provided to implementing Implementing Partners, excluding financial resources, offered to grantees to increase their Organisational Resilience, Financial Sustainability and Societal Impact:

  • 1. Organisational Resilience: refers to the ability of an organization to anticipate, prepare for, respond, and adapt to incremental change and sudden disruptions in order to survive and prosper
  • 2. Financial Sustainability: Refers to ensuring a steady flow of funds and generating revenue for maintaining and continuing the organization’s work post-funding.
  • 3. Societal Impact: Refers to any significant or positive changes that solve or at least address social injustice and challenges.

NFS 1 played an important role in identifying the capacity gaps that limit the implementing Implementing Partners' performance and impact.

The overall objective of Non-Financial Support Phase Phase 2 (NFS 2) is to enhance the resilience of the Implementing Partner organizations, by addressing the prioritized capacity development areas based on review of the individual organizations’ capacity development needs and plans through;

  • 1. Conducting online interactive training and workshops covering governance, financial management, programme management, and people and performance.
  • 2. Coordinating online short courses to be offered through online third-party platforms.
  • 3. Developing benchmark policies and procedures for IPs to customize or adopt for use as organization’s policies and procedures.
  • 4. Conducting technical assistance, on the job coaching, peer mentoring etc. based on expressed need and budget feasibility. IPs will be expected to submit concept notes for shortlisting on a competitive basis.

TThis TA app will facilitate the implementation of Technical assistance to Implementing Partners though face-to-face interaction and/or Online platforms.
